Want to help give thanks? Great! There are lots of ways to get involved. Please remember, all donations go directly to providing food to needy families.
Option 1: Give money
We make bulk purchases of some of the food items, such as meat. We use monetary donations to make that happen. If you need to know it, our tax ID # 75-0904027. You can make a donation by check to:

You can also donate online by credit card using the link below. Please note, we love having your donation in any form that you would like to provide it! If using the credit card option below, a small portion of the donation will be used to pay for the credit card fee. (Approximately 2.2% of the total donation).
Option 2: Give Food Items on Food Collection Day
We would love to help you clear your pantry, so long as your pantry contains the items listed below.
- Green Beans
- Corn
- Green Peas
- Miscellaneous Peas or Beans
- Soups
- Pasta
- Canned Meat
- Dessert (Please include icing if providing cake mix)
- Jello
- Cranberry Sauce
- Bread
- Canned Fruit
- Miscellaneous Vegetables
- Kool-aid, Lemonade, etc.
You can drop off collected food at the following locations and times:
- Saturday, November 21 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Super 1 Foods at 1217 E. Marshall Ave. or 2301 W. Loop 281.
- Monday, November 23 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Maude Cobb Convention Center, 100 Grand Blvd.
Option 3: Donate at your neighborhood Super 1 Foods or Brookshires store
We are so thankful for our partnership with Super 1 Food and Brookshires. The next time you go shopping at a Longview-area Super 1 Foods and Brookshires store, please consider making a donation to the Longview Thanksgiving Food Drive while you are there. Information will be available at check-out. You can donate pre-made Thanksgiving Food Drive bags or make a monetary donation.
